Wear this Weekend: Something Green!

Hear ye, hear ye!  St. Patrick's Day is nigh, which means only one thing!  People will be throwing up green beer in Hoboken You must wear green!
Now, contrary to popular belief, there are ways to wear green on St. Patty's that don't involve a green felt hat, green bow tie, green blazer, green wig, or orange face.  Actually, I'm not sure exactly how the orange face fits into this leprechaun impersonator's festive ensemble, but it is slightly terrifying.

I digress...

In a rare but necessary inspiration post, I will help you avoid a major fashion fail this holiday weekend by showing you how to properly wear green.  Note: it should go without saying, but in case it doesn't, try to avoid pretty much everything that is done in the above picture.

Let these Pinterest pinners show you how it's done!
But nothing, truly nothing, says "Happy St. Pat's" like a faux beard and a green fur hat.

Actually, maybe let's hold off on this last one... for now.

Now that I've spent a good hour of my life that I'll never get back googling pictures of leprechauns, I'd like to take this time to remind you to ENTER MY GIVEAWAY!!!  Giveaway closes next Thursday.  You don't want to miss this!

Have a great weekend!

Now, go box a leprechaun!

And for some St. Patrick's Day inspired food, check out these fab recipes by my friend and fellow blogger, Megan Nease.  Truly, truly delish, and I speak from experience.
